PAL?

Short for Phase Alternate Line,it is a standard television encoding system used in India.Primarily associated with colour,PAL was first unveiled to the public in 1963.The PAL format automatically adjusts colour errors by alternating the colour signal in your TV.All video devices made for India have PAL.For example: DVD players,televisions,blu ray discs etc.The first PAL broadcast was in the UK in 1964.
