Telecom PSU MTNL has come out with an array of new plans for its prepaid and postpaidcustomers in Mumbai circle apart from the free 3G activation offer. These plans will be offered as bonus coupons for prepaid customersand add on plans for postpaid customers. This is for the first time that add on plans for the postpaid subscribers are being introduced along with prepaid bonus coupons simultaneously. Otherwise most of the time postpaid segment is ignored and plans for only prepaid segment are aggressively introduced.Maharashtra & Goa Plan39: This plan will offer all local calls at 39p/min including Maharashtra & Goa . The price of the coupon is Rs39 with talk time of Rs 7 . STD rates are also quite attractive at 75p/min and this plan comes with 30 days validity
SMS Plan 97: This plan will offer 2500 free SMS both local and national. The price of the coupon is Rs 97 and it comes with a validity of 30 days. Prepaid subscribers will also get a talktime of Rs 11 in this bonus pack. MTNL is already having SMS pack of Rs 30 which will give 500 SMS free local and national.
Night Talk Plan 25: This bonus coupon will offer night calling charges of 5p/min on local MTNL and 30p/min on other network. The night timings are 11pm- 8am. The price of the coupon is Rs 25 with Rs 4 talktime and 30 days validity. Normal Call charges with this coupon will be 20p for MTNL(Mum + Del), 50p for other local and 75p for STD calls. SMS charges are 25p on local MTNL ,50p for other local and Re 1 for national.
Unlimited Video Call Plan: The coupon cones with a price of Rs 61 and talk value of Rs 10. The plan offers unlimited video calls to local MTNL for 30 days period. It is also worth mentioning that unlimited voice calls to local MTNL will cost Rs 399 while video calling just Rs 61. At the same time with free 3G offer MTNL customers can already make unlimited video calls to local MTNL till 31st May 2010.
