MTNL Delhi has introduced a new common 3G starter kit for prepaid subscribers. The price of the SIM kit has been kept at Rs 100 and there are no freebies in this offer. The validity of the SIM kit is lifetime with zero talk time and data usage. The Call charges on the home network is 90p while on other local it is Re 1/min.STD charges at Re 1.25 /min while data charges are kept at 1p/10 KB. Since it is Lifetime SIM minimum recharge of Rs 150 every 6 months is necessary to keep the connection active.Apart from this a number of modifications have been brought in existing coupons. MTNL has increased talk time in certain coupons and converted few in top up coupons.
- Trump Local Pack: Talk value in this coupon has been increased from Rs 2 to Rs 32.
- Trump Combo Pack: Talk value increased from Rs 10 to Rs 65.
- Trump STD pack: (Top UP Coupon): Talk value increased from Rs 3 to Rs 25 and it is converted to top up coupon from bonus coupon so no more benefit of STD call rate.
- Trump one India 199: (Top UP Coupon): Talk value increased from Rs 150 to Rs 223.It has been converted to a normal top up coupon. No special call rates applicable.
- Trump youth: (Top UP Coupon): Talk value increased from Rs 67 to Rs 100..It has been converted to a normal top up coupon. No special call rates applicable
